Being a great big brother and making sure that Lucy can't reach the ornaments. Or is it that he can see them better right about there.
David and Lucy were crayons if you couldn't tell.
David was Goin' Green? and Lucy was Pretty in Pink
I know that it has been forever since I have posted anything so I thought that I would update you all. We are all doing pretty well today but have had a very eventful couple of months. In October, Adam and I were in charge of a ward Halloween Party that took up quite a bit of time. The party was on October 28th. Adam had an interview for a promotion in Twin Falls, ID on October 31st, while he was in the interview the kids and I got to hang out with my old roommate Amanda and her darling boys. When I picked Adam up from the interview we jumped into our new minivan that we got in the middle of October and headed down to Utah to have an annual Halloween party with our friends Natalie and Kevin and their little boy Easton and also Ryan and Darci and their kids.
On November 1st we spent the morning playing at the Tree House in Ogden, Utah. We then went to my sisters house and had cake and ice cream for David's birthday. We spent November getting ready for the ward Christmas party and for a trip to Spokane for Thanksgiving. We were all excited about going out of town, but I hope that we never re-live a week like that. I ended up spending Friday night at the emergency room with Lucy, while David and his Aunt Jesse waited in the waiting room. They sent us home saying that the test results were all negative. On Sunday we were headed home and heard a noise that we all dread coming from Lucy and of course she had a blow out in the car. We pulled over and started to change her and guess what we saw, developing all over her cute little body, a hivey looking rash. We had to go to the urgent care and she was finally diagnosed with roseola.
This week was the Christmas party so every day this week we have spent at the church setting up. Needless to say we are excited for the weekend.
Adam and David are going to cut down a real tree tomorrow for the family room and we are going to have a fun filled day with just the family.
We hope to get everyones addresses so that we can send out Christmas cards. We love you all!
